Locked enough

February chatter
GamesRadar (July 2026) wrote the window as February 2027 while noting no firm date. That is press, not a Steam countdown. If a calendar invite appears from Undead Labs, we upgrade this sentence.
Slippage
A 2020 announce into a 2027 ship already ate years. Another slip would not be shocking. The healthy move is playtests in 2026 and a box in 2027. Anything else we date.
