Showcase list: Series X|S, Xbox PC, cloud, Game Pass, Play Anywhere, Steam, PS5. After the Undead Labs / Xbox split, Game Pass day-one is no longer guaranteed.
What the showcase said
June 7 2026 Xbox Wire: wishlist now, 2027, Xbox family + Game Pass + Play Anywhere, also Steam and PlayStation 5. That was the Microsoft-era SKU list.
What the split changes
July 2026: studio leaving Xbox Game Studios. Wikipedia / press: no longer contractually required as a day-one Game Pass title; new owner decides. Platforms themselves (Xbox/PC/PS5) were still the public set.
Misfitz take
If you live on Game Pass, wait for a store badge, not a 2026 paragraph. If you live on Steam or PS5, the interesting part is that SoD is finally multi-platform at all.
