Stomach Overfill

Short answer
Vomiting does not always mean disease. Eating or drinking too much too quickly can overflow the stomach.

What to do
Stop consuming more immediately. Wait for digestion. If a sickness icon or other symptoms exist, use the symptom router. Resume with smaller amounts.
How it works
DayZ models stomach capacity separately from stored energy and hydration. A full stomach can force vomiting even when the character still needs calories or water.
