Vomiting

Short answer
Vomiting is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Check what was consumed, the water source, toxic exposure and whether the stomach was simply overfilled.

What to do
Stop consuming more immediately. Check for sickness icon and other symptoms. Review the last food/water/exposure event. Use small sips/bites while sick. Follow the matched disease route.
How it works
Vomiting appears in multiple illnesses and can also happen without illness after stomach overfill.
