Short answer
Coughing, vomiting and bleeding after toxic-gas exposure is an emergency. Leave the gas immediately and use the dedicated antidote/blood-treatment route.

What to do
Exit the contaminated area. Stop active bleeding in clean air. Use the current verified PO-X/blood treatment route. Keep teammates from entering unprotected.
How it works
Toxic-gas poisoning is not an ordinary respiratory illness. The exposure history is the key diagnostic clue.
