Heavy Metal Poisoning
Short answer
On Sakhal, unsafe snow/water can create a heavy-metal poisoning route that requires different logic from ordinary dirty water.

What to do
Stop consuming the suspect Sakhal water/snow. Use a known safe spring/source or verified chelation-treated water. Use the current verified chelating treatment when indicated. Do not rely on chlorine as a universal answer.
How it works
Heavy-metal contamination is a Sakhal-specific survival mechanic. Biological purification and heavy-metal removal are different problems.
