Get safe, splint the leg, and stop trying to move normally until mobility is stabilized.

What to do
Move into cover with minimal unnecessary movement. Create or use a splint when possible. Stabilize food, water and bleeding. Avoid sprinting or jumping until the fracture is resolved.
How it works
Fractures turn a normal escape into a mobility crisis. Treat them as a tactical problem as much as a medical one.
