Butchering converts an animal into usable food/materials but can contaminate bare hands.

What to do
Use a suitable cutting tool. Wear gloves or plan to wash hands immediately. Separate safe ordinary meat from special-risk animal/human products. Cook food appropriately.
How it works
The biggest beginner trap is successfully hunting an animal and then making themselves sick while preparing it.
