What to do
Keep safe wound treatment first. Prioritize medicine relevant to the map and route. On Sakhal, include heavy-metal planning. For gas-zone runs, bring dedicated gas treatment. Drop redundant medicine before dropping food/water essentials.
How it works
Medical inventory should be scenario-based. A coastline fresh spawn and a static gas-zone runner do not need the same kit.
