Food, water, rest, and not stacking every germ at once. There is no immunity pill.

How it works
The game keeps a hidden buffer. Starve it with ponds, raw meat, dirty rags, and a cold night, and the next sip writes a named sickness.
What to do
Eat before you're empty. Drink wells. Clean the rag. Dry the hoodie.
Don't
Don't treat immunity as a loot stat. Don't invent a bar.
