Broken bones
You can walk. You shouldn't.
Short answer
A break is a slow death if you sprint it. Splint, then move like you mean to live.

How it works
Falls, cars, and heavy hits snap legs. You limp, you click, you become easy to hear. Morphine hides the pain — it does not set the bone.
What to do
Stop sprinting. Splint. Morphine if you have to move now.

Don't climb the water tower on a fresh break to see.
